2024-2025 HBCU Scholars Empowerment Program (DUE JUL 8TH)

The HBCU Scholars Empowerment Program is a renewable need-based scholarship open to African American/Black graduating high school seniors attending a Predominantly Black Institution (PBI) or a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).

Scholars will be selected on the basis of academic performance, the content and quality of their scholarship essay, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, financial need, and their letter of recommendation.

The Jack and Jill of America Foundation Scholarship (DUE JUN 24TH)

6/15/2024

The Jack and Jill of America Foundation Scholarship will provide need-based scholarships of up to $2,500 to service-oriented rising college freshmen who have completed a minimum of 60 hours of community service within the last 12 months.

Priority consideration will be granted to applicants who have also completed the Jack and Jill of America Leadership Module. Recipients will receive a $2,500 scholarship in their freshman year, and may renew the scholarship in their sophomore, junior, and senior years.

Justice for Black Girls Ambassadors Program

Calling all Black girls in middle & high school to participate in this summer's Justice for Black Girls Ambassadors Program!

The Justice for Black Girls Ambassadors Program is a virtual social justice education program that engages Black girls ages 13-18 across the nation in academic and policy work that centers Black girlhood.

High School Pre-Med Internship (New Jersey, DUE APR 5TH)

M.I.N.D.S. (Medical Internship Navigating Diversity and Science) is a 6-week paid internship for underrepresented or financially disadvantaged New Jersey high school juniors and seniors interested in pursuing a career in medicine. Interns will:

Learn about a variety of medical professions
Learn about social determinants of health
Learn about and create a research project about health disparities in New Jersey
