 Butterfly Dreamz is looking to hire two additional Summer Arts & Culture Research Interns in Newark, NJ. About the Internship During the summer, Butterfly Dreamz interns will conduct quantitative and qualitative research (i.e., surveys, interviews, and focus groups) from Newark high school students and parents and then use their research findings to 1.) make recommendations to the District Summer Learning Network (DSLN) and 2.) design an innovative summer arts and culture program for Newark youth. Work Schedule & Payment Interns will earn a $1,200 stipend (or $200 per week x 6 weeks) and work 16 hours per week, typically on Monday - Thursday, 11 am until 3 pm (and one Saturday—August 11th). The internship will begin on Monday, July 10th, and conclude on Wednesday, August 16th. Click here to view the summer internship schedule (starting on page 2).
